The Waters Edge Hotel is centrally located on the beach, near the Boardwalk. The hotel has recently been completely renovated to provide the most up to date comforts and amenities. The guest rooms are roomy and comfortable and all feature fully equipped kitchens and private balconies. The hotel is located in a 'trendy' area a Daytona Beach and is near restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shopping of all sorts. The hotel prides itself on it's "pleasant staff and smiling faces". The hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping and entertainment. <br>Waters Edge is a Spring Break Hotel. From the last week of February through April the hotel caters to college students. Waters Edge is located on the most popular "Spring Break" section on the beach. During this time each person in the room is must be at least 18 years old. The hotel requires a damage/security deposit of $50.00 per student payable in cash on arrival. This deposit is refunded at check-out pending a room inspection from the management. A $25.00 phone deposit is also required in cash on arrival and refunded at check-out less any charges incurred. <br> You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time you book. These excellent rates are only available through us. Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property. |
